Job location: mmadigital, Craig House 33 Ballbrook Avenue, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 3JG.

Located in Didsbury, Manchester, we are conveniently located close to the motorway network and within walking distance of the tram and bus stops, meaning we are within easy commuting distance if you live in or around the City of Manchester.

Salary: Competitive

The role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of HR management to drive a high-performance culture and ensure the smooth running of the business from a people perspective.
  • Updates and drives the People & Culture strategy across the business, with effective communication
  • Develops and leads the talent acquisition strategy, at all levels including responsibility for recruiting senior roles up to Director level
  • Collaborates with business managers to establish an effective employee retention strategy
  • Oversees learning and development
  • Manages and co-ordinates HR systems, policies, and administration
  • Ensures HR policies and procedures are adhered to, coaching managers where required
  • Provides HR reports



  • A business-related degree and relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions
  • Great interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Analytical and able to interpret data
  • Familiar with performance management and relevant software
  • Experience delivering employee training programmes
  • Understanding of relevant legislation
  • Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
