What is Google Panda I hear you ask? Well for those of you that want to get up to speed, it is a rather clever little algorithm that Google have reffered to as ‘Google Panda’ that aims to improve search results. The idea is that it will stop more duplicate content websites and rank higher those websites that contain high quality articles, blogs, copy and content that is SEO rich. This is the kind of news that we at Mymarketing AID love!
Mymarketing AID have done some research on the latest on Google Panda (it is quite a quiet and secluded creature you know!) and can now give you an update. It is thought that in recent weeks, although no one can be quite sure when, Google Panda was updated and released onto Google.
A spokesperson for Google has said, “We’re continuing to iterate on our Panda algorithm as part of our commitment to returning high-quality sites to Google users. This most recent update is one of the roughly 500 changes we make to our ranking algorithms each year.”
This now means that lower quality websites that use too much SEO will be pushed further down Google’s rankings. That is why we put a lot of emphasis on good, quality content with focused SEO, here at Mymarketing AID.
Our team of SEO specialists are up-to-date on what Panda means for Google and can help you maximise your websites potential on Google by some really clever tricks and copy. Getting your website to rank higher is all part of our aim here at Mymarketing AID.
