A picture is worth a thousand words – why video is vital

Here at mmadigital we put a lot of emphasis on video. As the saying goes, ‘A picture tells a thousand words’. So, if you are struggling to convey your message in the right way or, feel that the traffic to your site is not where it should be, use video.

Video adds a whole other dimension to your website. It makes it more dynamic, interactive and visual. And it doesn’t have to be just the one video either. There are so many diverse ways that video can be used.


If you sell products and want to show them off, what better way than with a creative video. You can show how they work, provide tutorials and demonstrate new and improved products. This will also help your customer service as you will find it reduces the levels of calls you get with people asking questions about how to use your products.


If you want to promote a specific product or service then why not choose video to highlight it? You can create a smart showreel to really show it off. Not only can you push your product forward but you will be able to give you brand a personality.


Creative videos can show your potential clients your area of expertise. Use video in an educational way and you will really be able to inform your customers. Why not take your current FAQ’s and create a video that looks like a Q&A session?


Staff training videos are also a great way to get your message across. Using video to show this will not only make it more interesting, it could also save you both time and money in the long run.
